How to receive payments from Amazon.com in your Bangkok Bank account in Thailand
Step 1: Sign up for an online USD account with Payoneer to receive Amazon.com payments in your Bangkok Bank account in Thailand

  1. Sign up for a Payoneer account at https://register.payoneer.com/aff/bbl
  2. Click sign up to complete the Application Form for “Individual Account” or “Business Account” (fill in English language only). You will be prompted to set up a password and one security question.
  3. Fill in your Bangkok Bank account details*: Account Name and Account Number in Thailand. Review the on-screen information. If correct, check the box with the text “I agree to the Terms and Conditions”, then submit the application. After submitting your Payoneer application, you will receive an instant e-mail notification from Payoneer that your application is under review. Their approval can take up to 3 business days.

*If your Amazon account is an individual account, you must select the “Individual Account” type you have with Bangkok Bank. If your Amazon account is a business account, you must select the “Business Account” type you have with Bangkok Bank. 

Step 2: Connect your Seller Account at Amazon.com to your Payoneer account by entering your receiving USD account number and the bank name provided by Payoneer 

  1. Go to https://www.payoneer.com
  2. Click log in* and fill in your username and password to select Receive > Global Payment Service. You will be prompted to view your USD account information which includes details such as Bank Name, Routing Number (ABA), Account Number, Account Type and Account Name that you are required to fill on Amazon.com Seller Central.
  3. Go to https://sellercentral.amazon.com and follow these steps:
    • Sign in to Amazon using your Seller Central username and password
    • Select Settings > Account Info > Deposit Methods > Choose “Assign” on Amazon.com button
    • Select Bank Location as United States and fill in the bank details that you received from Payoneer (from 2)
    • Review the on-screen information. If correct, click the button “Set Deposit Method” shown on the lower part of the screen

*If this is your first log-in to your Payoneer account, you will be prompted to set up two security questions.

Step 3: Transfer USD funds from your account with Payoneer into your Bangkok Bank account in Thailand 

  1. Go to https://www.payoneer.com
  2. Log in with your username and password and follow these steps:
    • Select Withdraw > to Bank Account
    • Select your USD account (you will be prompted to view your bank name as Bangkok Bank and the last 4 digits of your Bangkok Bank account number linked with Payoneer) and enter the amount you wish to withdraw
    • Enter description by indicating the purpose of the transfer e.g. Payment for goods
  3. Click “Review” and the withdrawal details will be shown on your screen including the withdrawal amount, Payoneer’s foreign exchange rate, and the amount you will receive in Thai baht. If correct, check the box with the text “I approve this transaction” and click the “Withdraw” button shown on the lower part of the screen

*Payoneer’s exchange rate applies when you transfer funds in USD from your Payoneer account into your Bangkok Bank Thai baht account.
How to change your payment method on Amazon to Payoneer
If you have already selected another deposit method for your Amazon Seller Account and would like to replace it with a new deposit method via Payoneer, you can add your USD receiving account details provided by Payoneer to your Amazon Seller Account by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.payoneer.com
  2. Log in* and fill in your username and password to select Receive > Global Payment Service. You will be prompted to view your USD account information which includes details such as Bank Name, Routing Number (ABA), Account Number, Account Type and Account Name that you are required to fill on Amazon.com Seller Central.  
  3. Go to https://sellercentral.amazon.com and follow these steps:
    • Sign in to Amazon using your Seller Central username and password
    • Select Settings > Account Info > Deposit Methods > Replace Deposit Method > Add New Deposit Method
    • Select Bank Location as United States and fill in the bank details that you received from Payoneer (from 2) and enter your Thai bank account number linked on your Seller Central with Amazon.com
    • Review the on-screen information. If correct, click the button “Set Deposit Method” shown on the lower part of the screen

*If this is your first log-in to your Payoneer account, you will be prompted to set up two security questions.
