Investment Policy
The Fund only invests in the investment units of Invesco Funds - Invesco Asian Equity Fund - Class C (AD) USD (the Master Fund), averaging in an accounting year not less than 80% of the NAV.
Master Fund
Invesco Funds - Invesco Asian Equity Fund (the Master Fund) invests in equities issued by companies or juristic persons which (i) register their office in an Asian country, (ii) are established outside of Asia but have business activities in an Asian country or (iii) holding companies investing in subsidiary companies with a registered office in an Asian country. Asian countries are defined as all countries in Asia excluding Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
